Our 5th class groups went on a field trip to Green Lough Eco Park to observe, identify and examine the animals and plants that live in our local habitats and environments. 

Through making light up paper circuit cards children learned about electrical energy, current electricity, becoming aware of how common electrical appliances work. The children used copper tape and coloured LED’s and experimented with simple switches.
