Welcome everybody! We are just over 2 weeks back to school and it is time to focus and of course get fit! We talked about the importance of training and getting at least 30 minutes exercise each day. This week the famous fitness coach Joe Wickes has been trying to get as many children around the world working out at the same time. Each morning at 10am we did HIIT training! This stands for High Intensity Interval Training. We did push-ups, squat jumps, jogging, jumping jacks and many more exercises for 30 seconds on with a 30 second rest. We had to listen for the beeper. It was a tough workout but lots of fun and we gained energy for the day from it! This year our class will try to keep healthy and fit!
